Frequently asked Questions
Once we have received your online order request we will first check if all products are on stock, or what needs to be produced.
Within 24 hours we provide a detailed quotation in which we inform you about the expected delivery date of your order. But also the costs for the shipment, payment and other details.
Once we have received your approval on the quotation, we will confirm the order by providing the related invoice.
When we received the related payment we will start the production and/or ship out the order a.s.a.p.
During the check-out procedure you can send us a shipping address in case it is different than your invoice address.
If you like to change the shipping address afterwards, you can send an email with your order number and the correct shipping address.
Once an order is shipped out, we always provide the related shipping documents with our customers.
On the website of the courier you will be able to track the status of the shipment. If this service is not available with the courier we selected for your order, you are always free to contact us. We will be happy to inform you about the status of your order.
If all ordered products are on stock, we do our best to ship out within 48 hours.
If a product is not on stock we need 4-6 weeks for the production.
The average delivery time of all orders in 2018 was 27 days.
